(PP) "Deal of instant bingo tickets" means a single game of instant bingo tickets all with the same serial number.
As used in this division, "electronic device" means a mechanical, video, digital, or electronic machine or device that is touch n go rebate centre capable of displaying information on a screen or other mechanism and that is owned, leased, or otherwise possessed by any person conducting a scheme of chance.

(b) The playing fields are not used for any profit-making activity at any time during the year.No need to explain.(HH) "Person" has the same meaning as in section.59 of the Revised Code and includes any firm or any other legal entity, however organized.If the offender previously has been convicted of a violation of division (B) of this section, illegal conduct of a raffle is a felony of the fifth degree.(2) No distributor may donate, give, loan, lease, or otherwise provide any bingo supplies or equipment, or modify, convert, add to, or remove parts from bingo supplies to further their promotion or sale, to or for the use of a charitable organization for use.(D) "Game of chance" means poker, craps, roulette, or other game in which a player gives anything of value in the hope of gain, the outcome of which is determined largely by chance, but does not include bingo.A religious organization that is exempt from federal income taxation under subsection 501(a) and described in subsection 501(c 3) of the Internal Revenue Code, at not more than one location at which it conducts its charitable programs, may include donations from its members and guests.(MM) "Gross annual revenues" means the annual gross receipts derived from the conduct of bingo described in division (O 1) of this section plus the annual net profit derived from the conduct of bingo described in division (O 2) of this section.Form CT-NRP-1 may be downloaded from our Forms page (see "Forms" link in the Charities menu on the right side of this page).
